New video, Cape Cod Canal surf fishing memories

Where I come from, you only go to the doctor when you bleed. But I have to say I should have listed to Great White Hunter when he told me to go to doctor after returning from Cuttyhunk with a full arm blistering like you poured hot oil over it. Now shit is on both arms, legs and then some..of brother. I have a new respect for poison ivy!
Anyway, I will get to part three of Cutty Chronicles but right now I can only type a minute before wanting to peel the skin off
Here is something from the our trip ….a walk down memory lane of Cape Cod Canal with one of the makes of Guppy Lures, Wayne Hess
Look for a full video in July issue

i climbed a tree deer hunting and ground a 25 foot of ivy into my chest….arms….legs ….chest and other parts….after scrubbing my arms with a floor brush….after 5 days and pouring clorox….yes ….an gas..on my bleeding…pouring …oooozing crap….my doctor said he could shoot me to put me out my misery….i went into a drugstore an asked a dude working behind the counter….could he kill me…said no….he told me he has never seen PI so bad in all his years….he said…he had a cure but would leave a bad scare…and his point….rap it in gauze first….then rap your gauze in seran rap…..then pour peroxide in the seran rap an saturate the gauze in the peroxide…every hour for a day or two…or when you can….i never slept…..”i’m born again” i’ll be mother fugger if it did not work….the pain was awesome …the hydrogen burned the oozing holes closed and in a few days i was feeling good….reel good…..it took two months to lose the white scabs an the scrabs look like bullet holes….but it worked….and i have the BIG scars to show but…. it worked, but it beat cuttin my arms and legs off….no lie…..it works

Zeno, look for poison ivy soap… It looks like a bar of soap. Wipes out poison ivy like nothing else. If ya need big time therapy, get Tecnu extreme poison ivy scrub. After those two– fear of poison ivy is a thing of the past. Fish on!!!!
