We are continually impressed by folks at St Croix Rod Co.They hit a home run with their Mojo and Legend series of rods.
We caught up with their rep Dave at the Somerset show and he gave us a hands on demonstration of their newest technology they use in their Legend rod series.
For me personally, after 20 years of fishing with a one piece rod, I am strongly considering switching to a two piece rod…yeah, they are that good
and they don’t snap like twigs either
see why for yourself

Z,
This is interesting stuff. I always wonder how much of the technological advancements we need these days. Lots of times at work we have to ask is this an improvement for engineers or an improvement for our customers.
Personally, never really has a problem with the GSB series at all and would not look into another rod because I am so happy with them.
Interesting what St. Croix is doing.
Kindest,

Very convincing demonstration!
↓Thats out standing suff.I always did like the St Croix Rods.
↓St Croix is taking graphite rods to the next level. Jason Brunner the blank designer is doing a blank design seminar in High Point NC Rod builders show so I’ll get all the dirt.. I hope!!
↓just got a 10’6″ 3/4 – 4 oz mojo today. Just feels like an awesome rod. My plan was to use it for a year and save up some cash then take advantage of their trade up policy and get a legend.
Now I just need to get my hands on the VS200 im waiting on. Man, spring cannot get hear fast enough.
↓Is this technology on all their 2011 rods only or is this from 2010 models as well?
