Old Montauk Photos part deux:

Second batch of classic Montauk pictures.Having an insanely crazy day at work. Taking five and spreading some love around.

Is this leather ring used to apply DRAG???  So the thumb does not get burnt?

This one is my favorite. Notice the tin pouch sewn onto the rain top.

    Z, the leather might be a water stop as in kayak paddles. I remember my grandfather back in Brazil used these at times. Awesome pics!

    No knot on tins haywire twist on single strand wire.
