Almost there …
ByYes its Monday…we got back from Massachusetts in record time, about 3 hours and 40 minutes. Not bad but still had to do few last minute changes to issue #2.
Tommy burned the midnight oil and took care of that last night. So hopefully, at some point this afternoon or evening, it will be uploaded for your viewing pleasure.

COme on issue two, I am havin a really shitty time here in germany, a really hard time right now I need anything to take my mind of stuff in my life right now……..
really excited about the tournament… But my only concern is that since one of the criteria in the judging is who has the nicest composed photo… Getting a great photo is much easier when you have plenty of time for your friend to get the camera, get close enough to you, compose a good shot, take 4 more, etc… many may spend too much time trying to get the perfect shot of a large fish that is getting more and more exhausted by the second… If to be released, a fish should be returned FAST… but I can really see many people taking waaaaay too long trying to get a perfect shot in hopes of winning some serious prizes. I have no solution, just thinking out loud.

no worries Pete, your thoughts were somehing we went over it ,over and over. We are almost encoraging people to hold fish out of water too long. I get that but its the best way we can thing of and still keep it honest. Trust me, we went over this. Its about fun,fishing and life. Not about winning …i never go fishing expecting a win, i expect to havea good time

Zeno… I agree with you, and furthermore, I think it is very commendable that you guys set up a RELEASE tournament… when I read the leader board from last years striper cup, and saw just how many 30′s, 40′s, and 50′s were removed from circulation in one short season, it was a bit of an eye-opener. Thanks for taking to the time, energy, and effort to host a release tournament… hopefully this will set a future trend. I have a 1 year old son, and I hope to striper fish with him one day!
